Prior to joining Green Seal, she led the food product certification business at NSF International that provided independent verification for food label and packaging claims including Organic and Non-GMO certifications. She also spent 5 years as technical operations lead at NSF International managing ISO accredited standards for commercial food equipment, food contact materials, and water filters. Sara holds a MS in Human Physiology from University of Michigan and BS in Biochemistry from Southeastern Louisiana University.
