Associate, Customer Success

Ken joined Green Seal’s customer success team in 2022. Prior to joining Green Seal, Ken worked at Zeel, where he answered questions, troubleshot issues, and helped providers take action on the network. Before Zeel, Ken was a high school science teacher, specializing in biology, botany, earth science, and environmental science. He holds a B.S. in Biology from Utah State University and a M.S. in Biology from Grand Canyon University. In his spare time, Ken enjoys taking road-trips with his family and playing board games with his friends.
