Sara has more than 10 years’ experience in product certification and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Green Seal, she led the food product certification business at NSF International that provided independent verification for food label and packaging claims including Organic and Non-GMO certifications. She also spent 5 years as technical operations lead at NSF International managing ISO accredited standards for commercial food equipment, food contact materials, and water filters. Sara holds a MS in Human Physiology from University of Michigan and BS in Biochemistry from Southeastern Louisiana University. She has also completed her High Performing Leadership program in executive education from Chicago Booth School of Business.
