Jomarie Garcia, Esq.  

Jomarie Garcia has spent her career running sustainability regulatory into commercial strategy, a rare combination of legal, scientific, and product management expertise built across CPG and EHS software, and industrial markets.  

She currently shapes technology strategy at WM (formerly Waste Management) across $1B in sustainability services, recycling, and medical waste operations. Previously, she held product and program leadership roles at Novi Connect, UL Solutions, and 3E, where she built regulatory intelligence infrastructure for global chemical compliance and expanded certification programs for hundreds of CPG brands.  

Jomarie holds an LL.M. in International Economic Law and Policy from the University of Barcelona, a J.D. from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and before the U.S. Court of International Trade.  

Jomarie brings this science-to-commercialization lens to Green Seal’s Board of Directors, along with an active voice in international conversations on chemical compliance and sustainability.
