Franny Leon

Franny joined the Green Seal team in 2026 as Associate Chief of Staff to the CEO, serving as a strategic implementation partner, leading cross-functional initiatives, strengthening organization-wide systems and processes, and supporting the effective operation of the Office of the CEO and Board governance.

Before joining Green Seal, Franny spent more than ten years working alongside founders and senior leaders at startups in the technology and sales sectors. In Director of Operations, Strategic Project Management, and fractional Chief of Staff roles, she helped growing companies build operational systems, launch new programs, and align teams across sales, marketing, client delivery, and operations.

Franny earned her bachelor’s degree from Miami University. Outside of work, she enjoys teaching yoga and spending time with her family, children, and chihuahua.
