Ashley Jordan

Ashley Jordan is a Corporate Campaign Advocate at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), where she provides technical and advocacy expertise for the organization’s marketplace campaign to halt and reverse global nature loss. Since 2022, she has led NRDC’s Issue with Tissue publication series, which exposes the forest destruction behind major U.S. tissue brands and helps consumers choose sustainable alternatives. Her work focuses on advancing marketplace strategies that encourage companies to adopt forest- and climate-friendly policies while upholding human rights and protecting public health. Ashley holds a degree in international relations, with a specialization in environmental sustainability and global inequality, from American University. She lives in Austin, Texas.
