Shaina Banks

Shaina joined the Green Seal team in 2021. Shaina leads the development of new products and standards to recognize environmental leadership in the plastic, paper, and packaging industries. Her work includes technical and market research, stakeholder outreach, and criteria development. She previously worked as an environmental consultant, a city planner, and a recycling coordinator. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science. In her free time, Shaina enjoys baking, reading, hiking, and spending time with loved ones.
